The 25th Annual WCCTA Conference
Sleeping Lady Resort and Conference Center
Leavenworth, WA
Dates: October 5th – 7th, 2017
The conference runs from Thursday evening (10/5) through lunch on Saturday (10/7). There will be invited speakers, opportunities to present, and to participate in roundtable discussions. Vendors will be on-site, and you will have many chances to catch up with your colleagues from around the state. As in the past, the conference will be held at the Sleeping Lady Resort in Leavenworth.
This year Pierce College and the University of Washington/Tacoma are hosting and will organize aroud and environmental chemistry theme. The featured presenters this year are both environmentally oriented. Friday morning we are fortunate to have Joel Baker from UW/T and the Center for Urban Waters, and our Friday evening presenter is Andrew Satterlee, an environmental scientist from the US Army at Joint Base Lewis McChord.
If you have any questions or comments you can direct them to Ted Wood at twood@pierce.ctc.edu unless it’s a question specifically about registering for the conference, then contact Katy Olsen-Tiglao at kolsen@pierce.ctc.edu. Currently the conference is full for those staying at the Sleeping Lady.
