The Division of Sciences and Mathematics within the School of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences at UWT seeks a part-time lecturer to teach introductory courses in Chemistry for the Spring quarter of 2019. This is a non-tenure track position with an anticipated start date of 4/1/2019. The courses to be taught are General Chemistry Prep, a course designed to prepare students to take the lower division General Chemistry sequence of courses as well as Chemistry and Society, a non Science major course designed to give students an overview of fundamental Chemistry concepts in the context of societal and environmental issues. Content and labs are available for instructor use through our classroom platform, Canvas. The schedule of these classes are below:

Qualifications
Candidates are expected to possess, at minimum, a Master’s degree in Chemistry or related field and a proven track record of outstanding undergraduate instruction.
