Welcome to the web site of the Washington College Chemistry Teachers Association. The WCCTA works to support college chemistry teachers primarily by organizing an annual conference held in the fall. See the links in the menu to the left. We encourage current and emeritus Washington chemistry teachers (and those nearby) to register on the web site using the register link to the right.

| If you are attending the next WCCTA conference... |
Hello everyone,
This is a message for those of you who are attending the WCCTA conference this October. We are going to have someone from CambridgeSoft presenting about the ChemDraw suite, etc. The level of the presentation depends on how many of you are using the program right now and are familiar with what it does. If the majority of the attendees are well versed in the subject the presenter would like to talk about "queries". If very few schools have the program, then he needs to do something very different. I need only one person per school to reply to my email ASAP letting me know the following: Person's name//School's name// we are well versed in ChemDraw and are interested in the "queries" presentation OR we don't know much about ChemDraw and would be interested in a general presentation of what the program can do. Thank you so much for your prompt response! Jacqui Drak jdrak@bellevuecollege.edu Bellevue College Chemistry Division
